the layout of the resort was simply far too spread out, making it an absoluteley exhausting experience. our expensive villa had a bizarre bathroom setup—who designed this, really? i also found it shockingly rude that after dealing with all these inconveniences, i didn’t even get an upgrade or a complimentary drink. just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review, you know?

Upon arrival, the strange bathroom arrangement was frustrating—the shower and toilet in a tight space made drying off a chore, and the lengthy wait for hot water was annoying. Moreover, unexpected costs piled up. charging $20 for gym access. Unexpected extra fees for basic services, felt a bit exploitative.

Family with children delight

The staff were incredible, always checking on us making sure we were good. One day, a staff member even helped us carry our groceries to our room after our shuttle ride.

It wasn't exactly cheap but you get what you pay for, as they say.

We enjoyed our stay in the Deluxe Two-Bedroom Villa, which provided plenty of space for our family. There was lots to do and see, particularly the nearby Atlantis Paradise Island attractions that kept us entertained. However, our experience was marred by issues in our room, including a malfunctioning air conditioning system that required us to move to a new room.

It was just a decent option for a fleeting moment in Nassau with good price value. The staff were approachable and attentive to our needs, which made our stay easier. Check items quickly when checking in to avoid issues later.
